Physical therapy can help restore functional mobility (ambulation, bed mobility, stair negotiation, and transfers), range of balance, coordination, endurance, flexibility, motion, and reduce pain. Occupational therapy can help you adapt to your physical and social environment with a focus on activities of daily living. Speech therapy focuses on general communication issues and swallowing dysfunction.

How do I start services?
If your doctor has determined that you need skilled services, then CenterLight CHHA can help you. We will perform a thorough assessment of your care needs. Your nurse will develop an individualized plan of care in conjunction with your physician and other members of your health care team. Our skilled nurses and rehabilitation specialists will provide you with education and treatment that will help restore you to your maximum level of functionality from the comfort of your home.
